Schedule of Condition
BS Initiative Ltd is often instructed to prepare Schedules of Condition by clients to record the condition of a building at commencement of a Lease, in the interim and at termination for legal or contractual reasons.
These are used as documentation to limit the yield up process at termination of the Lease.
The Schedule of Condition gives information about the area of the property, the element of structure, the condition and the defects.
