BS Initiative Ltd utilise experience and intrinsic knowledge of building pathology to interpret the cause of building defects, be it an unusual damp problem, structural issues, or a more complex problem.

Having diagnosed a defect, we can specify the necessary remedial work, obtain costs from contractors and administer the remedial operations on site.

We have experience in all types of buildings, ranging from 16th century timber framed cottages to modern office premises and typical tower blocks.
