Contract Administration
BS Initiative Ltd acts as Contract Administrator for many clients. A member of our team is appointed by the client to be responsible for administering the construction Contract.
In carrying out this role, the appointed person will be responsible for carrying out regular site inspections to ensure the works are carried out to a high standard, preparing valuations and payment certificates and making sure that all relevant parties are regularly reported to and kept up to date on all matters.
The team at BS Initiative Ltd make sure that they act openly, honestly and reasonably at all times. A Contract Administrator’s decisions are open to challenge via the Dispute Resolution procedure, unless the Contract makes their decisions final and conclusive.
