BS Initiative Ltd is highly qualified to advise and help Clients find a suitable building solution to meet current Building Regulations.  Whether the project is a change of use, new build, or loft conversion, Building Regulations are required.  We can appraise a project at any stage of the construction process and advise if the scheme is suitable. BSI will liaise with the Local Authority or private officers to develop a design that complies with the relevant Building Regulations.
