Schedule of Dilapidations

BS Initiative Ltd specialises in dilapidation matters and act for both Landlords and Tenants in the preparation of, and defence against, Schedules of Dilapidations.

We seek to provide sound professional advice, but specialise in practical common sense solutions to enable disputes to be settled without expensive litigation. If matters do progress to court, we have considerable court experience both as jointly appointed or client based expert witness, and are able to advise the court appropriately in this complex field.

Our specialism in this field requires a detailed understanding of dilapidations case law, based principally on the content of any lease covenants for both Interim and Terminal Dilapidation matters.

With the introduction of the new Civil Procedure Rules, the role of the expert witness has become even more important to any legal dispute passing through the courts.
